When we talk about infrastructure we often think of the physical structures and systems needed to deliver health services, basic research, clinical trials and so on. What we do not often talk about is the infrastructure needed to create an environment that supports community-based organisations to systematically collect patient experience data and implement health services. It is this kind of infrastructure that CCDR helps to create.
