Governance

The Centre for Community-Driven Research (CCDR) is a charity operating under a Constitution, regulated by the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profit Commission.

The International Centre for Community-Driven Research is an association operating under statutes, regulated by the Registre du Commerce, Geneva.

The two entities are separate legal entities, governed by separate Boards and regulated under different jurisdictions. Because of these legal classifications and different local regulations, the governance aspects of the two entities is maintained separately. For the community however, we functionally talk about ‘CCDR’ as one entity regardless of where work is delivered.
